To book an initial appointment, please complete our online contact form or email us at contact@mindality.co.uk. We will get back to you to arrange a free 15-minute telephone call. This call is an opportunity to discuss our services and how they can address your needs. If we are the right service for you and you decide to proceed, we will schedule your initial appointment.
The initial appointment is an opportunity to find out more about your difficulties, personal history, and your goals for therapy. At the end of the session, we'll discuss a plan going forward, and if you wish to proceed we will book future appointments.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
Yes, all appointments are confidential. Confidentiality will only be broken in specific circumstances: (a) you request and consent for your information to be shared; (b) there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, and sharing information is necessary to ensure safety; or (c) we have been instructed by law to share information.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, please note that missed appointments, and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.

Payment is made by bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
We offer both in-person and online sessions to suit your needs.
Our in-person sessions are held at our London Bridge location. If you prefer the flexibility of remote therapy, online sessions are also offered via a secure video platform.
Evidence-based therapies are psychological treatments proven effective through scientific research and clinical trials, and are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). At Mindality, we specialise in providing high-quality evidence-based psychological therapies tailored to your individual needs. Our practice is grounded in the latest research and best practice guidelines. The therapies we offer include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and family and systemic therapies.
